Taytay, Rizal

July 5-6, 2014

We organized a team outing/bonding with my former team and company to celebrate birthdays and farewell send off for those who resigned. Set date was July 5 to 6 (overnight swimming). The place was Club Serene at Cabrera Road Barangay Dolores, Taytay. Our meet up was Starmall, EDSA at around 1PM, bought our food and drinks then waited for the others. As we have no rented transportation, we just talked to few jeepney drivers and negotiate the fare (40 per head for 20pax so that's 800) to drop us to the resort. So we left at past 4 PM then arrived at the resort at 6 PM. Upon arrival we talked to the driver and asked to pick us up at 6 Am the next day (Jul 6).

Entrance fee: Php200 overnight
Casita (fan room with 2 single-sized bed) : Php1,500
Casita (Treehouse ; fan room with 1 single-sized bed) Php1,700
Cabana (standard aircon room with 2 double-sized bed) Php3,400
Picnic hut Php300

Only two persons were allowed to check the accommodations, note that what you see is what you get which we were not informed beforehand. n the Casita, there was only 1 table with 2 seats which is just like that of SM foodcourt's - not single chair alright. Please check the picture below. The single bed is actually NOT a bed but just like a jeepney driver's seat only wider and longer! Casita rooms CR are not clean though each has own CR/shower, this is good for max 20-24 pax though you only be provided with 4 chairs or equivalent to the foodcourt's seat. Casita is just good for summer. Whereas the Cabana has TV. The heater in shower room does not work. The room is just good for 12 pax, if you are more than 12 you have to occupy picnic hut but only 12 should sleep in the cabana. The bed was not cleaned properly, my skin turn red, a bit swollen and became itchy (hives)

How to get there:
Take FX Taxi or Jeep at EDSA cor. Ortigas, EDSA Shaw Terminal  going to Angono, Binangonan, Antipolo via Junction or Tanay. Take off at Tikling, take Tricycle going to Club Serene Resort.

Puerto Princesa, Palawan Part 2

Nov. 15-19, 2013

Going back to PPS is never hard because it is indeed a place you would want to visit. This time with our parents, who wouldn't like their parents to enjoy? Costly yes, but you can make them very happy. Well, parents happiness is children's happiness too.

So booked our flights from cebu pacific 1 yr prior our travel date. Through piso sale.  That was in Nov. 2012 I think. We almost cancelled the trip because of typhoon Haiyan. We called Ysabelle Mansion but they informed us that their area was not hit but Coron.

Pasig City - Dermcare

Jan. 5. 2014

Nagpa schedule kami ng diamond peel with facial for just Php299.00. With Dermcare it was different, mae experience mo yung buong treatment talaga as if you paid a regular price. Bakit? This time na branch was in Pasig  Blvd. cor. Lake view malapit sa Rizal Medical Center. The same treatment/procedure walang bawas sa service :). Unang step. Pinaghilamos muna kami ng mukha using facial wash. Lagay ulit ng cream,  pagkatapos vacuum nila mukha and then Diamond Peel naman.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service :-)

Ilocos Tour

March 28-31, 2013

Summer na naman! We arranged our next destination, this time Ilocos. And so the plan was materialized. We had our bookings to 3Kings Travel and Tours through Ensogo. Got it for less than 4,000 per person for 4D/3N. Frankly, I disposed my trackings or notes for I did not enjoy my trip. At the onset, we already encountered bad luck, for the bus was very late - an hour mind you. We thought we were going to ride a van but that was forgivable considering the numbers of people who availed the promo. At dahil first come first serve, we ended up in a bus instead of van dahil hindi kasi ganun ka early sa meet up point. Meet up point was at the gasoline station in quezon city along EDSA. We boarded at around 11 to 11:30 pm. Not all of the sites in the itinerary was followed, we weren't able to go to some for we had constraints time. We went to Vigan, Bangui Wind Mill, Pagudpud (Hannah's/Lagoon), Paoay church, Malacanang of the North, Baluarte, Sand Dunes- this was what I enjoyed the most although bitin kasi hapon na kami nakarating tapos naka pag sand boarding kami ng gabi na :(. Kung tatanungin ako kung babalikan ko pa ang Ilocos maybe but it would be in my last list. Mukhang hindi nila napaghandaan ng mabuti, pero thank you pa rin sa kanila kasi naging possible yung trip sa marami sa amin, they have given us cheap tour during Holy week and bumawi naman sila sa Hotel namin dahil nung una nagkagulo kami sa accomodations and so on. The owner did express an apology to all and hoping na hindi madala ang mga nag avail ng vouchers, 3Kings is forgivable. Pero if you plan to go there, it should be done with friends and in a van!
